Psychological Assessment and Therapy (Face to Face or Remote)
Assessment / Psychological Therapy - Self Referral
This refers to age 13 to adults. Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes.
ASSESSMENT / PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY - Insurance REFERRAL
This refers to age 13 to adults. Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes.
Psychological Therapy - Extended session up to 90 minutes
This refers to age 13 to adults. Sessions are 90 minutes and normally recommended when doing trauma reprocessing work.
Psychological Therapy - Couples / Family work
This refers to age 13 to adults.. Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes and normally include 2 to 4 people in the session (without counting the therapist).
reduced fee appointments
I offer some very limited reduced fee appointments on a sliding scale for people on low income. Please contact me to discuss if I have any current availability for this and for further details.
Supervision and Other Services
Clinical supervision
I offer supervision to CBT Therapists, Counsellors, Integrative Therapists. Sessions are between 50 to 60 minutes.

If you are an employer or organisation, and would like a bespoke workshop delivered or service provided, please contact me for further details.
All payments must be made on the day or within 3 days. Non-attended appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged in full. Please note that we accept PayPal or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by PayPal, please click either button below. Insurance referrals will be invoiced to the referrer.
