Unfortunately, in my capacity as a private practitioner I cannot provide a crisis service.
I will answer emails and telephone calls from current clients as soon as is possible.
Should you feel that you cannot keep yourself safe, or have concerns that either yourself or your loved ones may be at risk of harm, and find it is not possible to talk to a trusted friend, colleague, or family member, please approach the following services:
999 - All emergency services
Contact your GP - if it is outside of their opening hours, call 111, the NHS out of hours GP service
Call the Samaritan's - 116 123
Go to the A &E of your nearest hospital, where you will find a 24 hour crisis team that includes mental health professionals
If you are the victim of domestic violence, please contact Berkshire Women's Aid
While you are waiting for your first session or during your therapy, you may want to access self-help material. There are a number of excellent websites and organisations who can offer you information.
